Coastal Living - I wasted my $12.99 on the Summer issue!
Spent my money ($12.99 plus tax) on a magazine that in 10 minutes through in the trash. Its been a few years since I have purchased CL and it used to be a good & interesting magazine. Believe me that is my final CL purchase. Get your mess together or just stop publishing.

Change address

I have a winter home, Florida and a summer home, Indiana. I wanted to have your magazine sent to my summer address but you company said they cant do that until Fall of 2022. If thats the case forget it, Ill be back to my Florida address by then. Ill never subscribe to Coastal Living AGAIN!

Winter edition sent back. Can i get a copy ?

Customer service was very accommodating. A replacement copy is on the way. I had moved and the new address was not available at that time, juzt cusyo.eralong with the holidays and post office overload. No worries.

Renewal

No Customer service. No telephone. I want to renew but lm out of checks. I have a debit card or credit car to continue my subscription. Let me know l can pay for it without a check. The customer service person said it would be couple months till next issue. I already waited 4 months. I cancelled And supposed to get a credit Didnt even try to keep me

Billed for renewal without my authorization

See above. I have not heard anything from them. I may try to find a phone number by giggling the parent company and find their phone number. Customer Service is not very good. I did not want to renew the Coastal Living subscription and they did it without my permission or notifying me in advance.

Pissed . Is this line I’m questioning linguistically correct.

Or insulting statement this is gotten out of hand over something small I’m really really getting aggravated here. I have never in my entire life heard of a reputable company using the word pissed in their questionnaire.
